How do I know which way my system connects?
If you sign in to your ERP through a web browser from anywhere, it is a cloud system. If it runs on a server in your office or in a data centre you manage, it connects through The Connector. When you register, you pick your system and Salesmatrix shows you the right steps.
Do I need IT help?
For a cloud system, usually not: an administrator can connect it in 10 to 20 minutes. For The Connector, someone who can install a Windows program and create a read-only database login, for about 30 minutes. Each system has a step-by-step guide.
