1. The Settings pages
Settings appears in the side menu for Administrators only. Changes made here apply to everyone on the account.
| Page | What it is for |

| Users | Sign-ins, access levels, licences and each person's filters. |
| Notifications | Messages to the people on the account. |
| Variables | The thresholds behind the SWOT lists, plus the date format and traffic-light default. |
| SWOT Phrases | The wording used in SWOT results. |
| Lists | Reusable lookup lists and their items. |
| Categories | Naming the category columns and allocating customers and products to groups. |
| Logs | Sign-ins, imports, updates, errors and transaction history. |
| Connection | The link to your accounting or ERP system. |
| Utilities | Import frequency, financial year end, and tools to refresh or rebuild imported data. |
