1. Signing in

  1. Open the sign-in page

    Go to dashboard.salesmatrix.com in any modern browser.

  2. Enter your details

    Type the email address your administrator registered for you and your password, then click Sign In.

  3. Decide whether to be remembered

    Remember me keeps your email filled in next time, and Cookie Consent lets the site keep you identified on this device. On a shared or public computer, leave both unticked.

If sign-in is refused

Check Caps Lock and the spelling of your email first. If you are told your licence has expired, your password is not the problem and resetting it will not help — each sign-in carries an end date, and only Salesmatrix can extend it.
